Medical certifcate are a combination of both patients’ self-reported informations and doctor’s notes on diagnoses, care, and treatments. These records include a variety of information about the patient’s health history and their personal important information. We always keep your profile and medical record.So you and us can easily access your own medical history for the next consultation.
